Aaron Godlaski, Ph.D.

I am a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Kentucky. I earned my M.S. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Kentucky and completed my clinical internship at the State University of New York (SUNY) Upstate Medical Hospital in Syracuse, NY. I have practiced in both outpatient and medical center settings and have served a variety of clients in treating mental and physical health issues.

My approach to therapy is dynamic and integrative, designed to meet the unique needs of individual clients, while rooted in practices supported by scientific research. I draw on a variety of evidence-based models from my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Existential Psychotherapy. My goal is to help clients work with life’s difficulties in order to lead a healthier and more meaningful existence.

In addition to psychotherapy for individual adults, I also offer assessments for diagnostic clarification and treatment planning, and forensic consulting services.
