Therapy is about connecting with another person in such a way that you feel understood and valued. Together we create a safe space to identify patterns of thinking and behaviour that are not working in your best interests and are preventing you from living the life you want.
As children we create beliefs about ourselves and the world around us that are derived from our interactions with our environment and our relationships with others. Everyday we reinforce those beliefs by our assumptions and our interpretation of events, even though those beliefs may not be accurate, may cause us pain, and may negatively impact our ability to function at optimum potential. Counseling and hypnosis facilitate awareness, change, empowerment, and growth.
